Cherokee Ford, Inc. was founded in 1991, when Vernon Krause purchased Ed Voyles Ford in Canton, Georgia, and renamed it Cherokee Ford. The dealership operated in Canton until December 1, 1994, when it was relocated to its present location in Woodstock, Georgia. In 1997, Cherokee Ford became the first Ford dealership in the Atlanta Region to open a Quick Lane service center. We continue to be recognized as one of the top-performing Quick Lane operations. The year 2000 marked the opening of The Collision Center, which features state-of-the-art equipment and paint booths. In late 2001, we were awarded the Hyundai franchise, acquired additional property, and built a new showroom adjacent to Cherokee Ford. Cherokee Hyundai, which has recently been renamed Woodstock Hyundai, opened in January 2002. Cherokee Ford has continued to grow, and now employs over one hundred people.
